Project Manager
Location: Remote

Salary Range: $50,000 to $55,000 annually

Our national client base consists of organizations with fewer than 100 employees to Fortune 500 firms and public entities who rely on us to provide claims audits of third-party administrators/carriers and dependent eligibility audit services.
position overview
Reporting to the Manager, Project Management, individuals in this role are responsible for serving BMI clients and partners, managing timelines, obtaining, and coordinating resources. Project Managers also ensure client deliverables meet quality standards starting with a project’s kick-off through completion. This position is client-facing while also working closely with the rest of the Client Delivery Team and other departments to ensure that everything we do is for the betterment of our clients.
This position is remote within the continental United States.
Essential duties + responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for the planning, implementation and tracking of projects and deliverables for each assigned client while also being overseen by experienced project managers.
Obtain and process all the required materials for the client set up and ensure that deliverables can be successful while also being overseen by experienced project managers.
Acts as the liaison between the client and BMI to enhance the partnership by understanding and articulating client business needs.
Communicates effectively with clients and their representatives to address questions, host calls/meetings and provide reports while also being overseen by experienced project managers.
Close partnership and communication with the Data Specialists.
Working closely, supports and communicates frequently with other team members involved in the audit process to ensure the team is informed on the client’s project progress and needs.
Ensure all work output and deliverables are accurate, thorough, and high quality while also being overseen by experienced project managers.
Perform other duties as directed.
requirements
A minimum of 1 year of administrative, or client management experience, preferably health benefits experience. Not required to have previous position in project management.
Proven excellence in the support and service to complex customers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and video conferencing.
Desired Skills
Superior problem-solving ability, preferably within a customer environment.
Superior project management, time management and organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and critical thinking ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Demonstrated relationship building skills including engaging, persuading, debating, and gaining credibility with key parties involved throughout the audit process.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is a remote position within approved states. This job operates in a professional office environment, whether in person or remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Equipment will be provided to you.
